Mobile Promotions Officer

Leisure Leagues run national five and six a side leagues across the UK. We require motivated and energetic persons to promote our leagues.

We are looking for people who will continue to grow our business with our existing promotions team. You will also have the freedom to come up with new and innovative ways to help our brand to grow.

In addition to the promotional activities, you will be starting new leagues and will spend time visiting and checking our leagues. Successful applicants will have access to a company van, fuel card and fantastic bonus system.

Applicants must have a full UK driving license and their own transport.

Sales Executive
Are you a hard working self-motivated go getter? Do you have a knack for sales? Then our sales executive role is for you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and existing areas to potential franchisees across the UK, Europe and America. All the while building close relationships with the current franchise base. As the Sales Executive you will be working alongside the Franchise Account Manager and other Sales Executives to drive the organisation forward.

Franchise Liaison Manager

To work within our Franchise department liaising with our current and new franchisees delivering advice and support.

• Communicate regularly with all Franchisees.
• Undertake league visits.
• Offer ongoing advice and support to the Franchisees regarding the setting up and the running of their leagues.
• Push forward with sale promotions and new items on the partner shop ensuring their leagues meet our brand standards.
• Create a monthly newsletter with relevant and useful content
• Assist in the training of a new Franchisee

Customer Service Liaison Manager

Join our dynamic out on the road team to provide excellent customer service to our extensive network of leagues throughout the UK, therefore excellent communication skills are required.

This is predominantly an evening role, working either Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday depending on the working week.

This role involves:-
• Undertaking league visits
• Produce feedback reports about the league visit
• Maintain Leisure Leagues’ brand standards across our network of leagues
• Regular communication with facility managers and league officials
• Ensure Referees have all the relevant equipment

Digital Marketer

Sport Office Manager

Organised? Good on the telephone? Try being an office manager overseeing our leagues each week. You’ll have around 30 leagues to manage from our open plan, fully air conditioned offices and you’ll be expected to make decisions and sometimes think on your feet to deal with the different issues you’ll face each week.
Excellent salary incentive scheme.
(Full training given)
The League Office Manager role involves working independently to organise and run around 30 small sided football leagues. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, however the role does require a highly organised, computer literature individual, with great time management and excellent communication skills.
General responsibilities include:
- Communicating with match officials on a regular basis
- Arranging and updating fixtures
- Establishing good relationships with match officials and league staff
- Communicating with existing teams that play in the leagues on a regular basis
- Communicating with new teams that wish to join the league
- Ensuring all match fee payments are paid in full and on time
- Arranging end of season trophy presentations
- Liaise with leisure centre staff
- Promoting your leagues from within the office

Logistics Operative
We are looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to support our stock and shop department.
You will need to be familiar with Microsoft word and excel.
The hours of the job are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Job roles and responsibilities:
• Picking and Packing equipment and putting into boxes to be sent out.
• In charge of stock takes.
• Responsible for all stock coming in and out of the department.
• Create and print off shipping labels through our courier service and place onto the boxes.
