Stock and Shop Manager
Leisure Leagues are a progressive and innovative leisure company who are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to take control of their stock and shop sections which will involve overseeing shipment of sports products from overseas, using internet stock and shop systems to control stock, to send out supplies to the company's Franchisees and other external customers and to find new ways to innovate to achieve greater sales and better product lines for the company.

You will be working on your own but also amongst a large team of people in a busy office and the successful applicant should have organisational skills, be able to think in advance, be computer literate and, most importantly, want to prove yourself in a competitive environment by finding ways both to increase sales and to find automated systems to make the whole shop and stock and shop system we have, easier to manage.

Trainee Personal Assistant
Leisure Leagues are seeking a Trainee Personal Assistant to join the team within the Chief Executive’s office. The successful candidate will be able to work to deadlines, multitask and prioritise their workload, and should be articulate, efficient and highly organised. The successful candidate must also be confidential, trustworthy and reliable.


The role will involve working closely with the Chief Executive, as well as being able to work independently on a number of tasks. Regular duties will include, but are not limited to, organising and updating diaries, organising and filing all paperwork and reports, corresponding on behalf of the Chief Executive, managing expenses, note taking and dictation, preparing and setting up for meetings and ensuring that the Chief Executive is fully briefed on all relevant issues.


The Trainee Personal Assistant will also undertake some Human Resource tasks such as organising interviews and job contracts, and organising internal meetings within the business.


The successful candidate must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally, and a proactive attitude towards their workload, with the ability to follow through tasks to their completion.


The candidate should have a professional manner and appearance, and be able to act as an ambassador of the company when meeting visitors and associates.

Sport Office Manager

Organised? Good on the telephone? Try being an office manager overseeing our leagues each week. You’ll have around 30 leagues to manage from our open plan, fully air conditioned offices and you’ll be expected to make decisions and sometimes think on your feet to deal with the different issues you’ll face each week.
Excellent salary incentive scheme.

The League Office Manager role involves working independently to organise and run around 30 small sided football leagues. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, however the role does require a highly organised, computer literature individual, with great time management and excellent communication skills.

General responsibilities include:

- Communicating with match officials on a regular basis
- Arranging and updating fixtures
- Establishing good relationships with match officials and league staff
- Communicating with existing teams that play in the leagues on a regular basis
- Communicating with new teams that wish to join the league
- Ensuring all match fee payments are paid in full and on time
- Arranging end of season trophy presentations
- Liaise with leisure centre staff
- Promoting your leagues from within the office

Working hours are Monday-Friday.

Sports Development Officer

Job description

Leisure Leagues run national five and six a side leagues across the UK. We require motivated and energetic persons to promote our leagues all over the UK.

We are looking for people who will continue with our existing promotion, but also you will have the freedom to come up with new and innovative ways to help our brand to grow.

Promotional activities will include spending time visiting different parts of the country to promote our leagues, viewing potential new venues and starting up new leagues. Successful applicants will have access to a small company van, fuel card and fantastic bonus system.

Part Time Accounts Administrator

We are looking for someone with a really good eye for detail (and a sense of curiosity!) to run a specific section of our accounts department which involves checking invoices against a number of factors to ensure they are correct and can be paid.

We anticipate this role is 2 or 3 days per week and the hours could be very flexible to fit in with the successful applicants requirement such as studies, child care or leisure time. We can also offer some weekend work if that is suitable.

Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our ambitious and dynamic team, you will be employed in a fast moving environment in one of Britain's Leisure Groups.

The successful candidate will:
• Work with the developer team to deliver a range of projects
• Creating and/or evolving brands
• Designing promotional materials for online and offline use (A board posters, flyers, Facebook banners, newsletters etc.)
• Amend existing designs
• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Creating front end web designs

The successful candidate will have/be:
• Passionate about delivering results
• Excellent English grammar, punctuation and spelling
• Excellent commutation skills
• A positive, 'can-do’ attitude
• Professional pride and attention to detail
• Extremely organised
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• A year or more experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of adobe Illustrator/InDesign / Photoshop

As an addition to the media team, the candidate is expected to have a strong interest in current affairs and be adaptable to other areas of the department including social media, online media and press.
