Sport Office Manager

Organised? Good on the telephone? Try being an office manager overseeing our leagues each week. You’ll have around 30 leagues to manage from our open plan, fully air conditioned offices and you’ll be expected to make decisions and sometimes think on your feet to deal with the different issues you’ll face each week.
Excellent salary incentive scheme.
(Full training given)

The League Office Manager role involves working independently to organise and run around 30 small sided football leagues. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, however the role does require a highly organised, computer literature individual, with great time management and excellent communication skills.

General responsibilities include:

- Communicating with match officials on a regular basis
- Arranging and updating fixtures
- Establishing good relationships with match officials and league staff
- Communicating with existing teams that play in the leagues on a regular basis
- Communicating with new teams that wish to join the league
- Ensuring all match fee payments are paid in full and on time
- Arranging end of season trophy presentations
- Liaise with leisure centre staff
- Promoting your leagues from within the office

Working hours are Monday-Friday.

Sports Development Officer

Job description

Leisure Leagues run national five and six a side leagues across the UK. We require motivated and energetic persons to promote our leagues all over the UK.


We are looking for people who will continue with our existing promotion, but also you will have the freedom to come up with new and innovative ways to help our brand to grow.


Promotional activities will include spending time visiting different parts of the country to promote our leagues, viewing potential new venues and starting up new leagues. Successful applicants will have access to a small company van, fuel card and fantastic bonus system.

Applicants must have a full UK driving license and their own transport.

Logistics Operative

We are looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to support our stock and shop department.

You will need to be familiar with Microsoft word and excel.

The hours of the job are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Job roles and responsibilities:
• Picking and Packing equipment and putting into boxes to be sent out.
• In charge of stock takes.
• Responsible for all stock coming in and out of the department.
• Create and print off shipping labels through our courier service and place onto the boxes.

Trainee Personal Assistant
Leisure Leagues are seeking a Trainee Personal Assistant to join the team within the Chief Executive’s office. The successful candidate will be able to work to deadlines, multitask and prioritise their workload, and should be articulate, efficient and highly organised. The successful candidate must also be confidential, trustworthy and reliable.


The role will involve working closely with the Chief Executive, as well as being able to work independently on a number of tasks. Regular duties will include, but are not limited to, organising and updating diaries, organising and filing all paperwork and reports, corresponding on behalf of the Chief Executive, managing expenses, note taking and dictation, preparing and setting up for meetings and ensuring that the Chief Executive is fully briefed on all relevant issues.


The Trainee Personal Assistant will also undertake some Human Resource tasks such as organising interviews and job contracts, and organising internal meetings within the business.


The successful candidate must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally, and a proactive attitude towards their workload, with the ability to follow through tasks to their completion.


The candidate should have a professional manner and appearance, and be able to act as an ambassador of the company when meeting visitors and associates.

Social Media Manager


Leisure Leagues are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media and digital marketing plans. The post holder will seek to improve our social media activity by generating new content across a multiple platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Vine, Google+ and LinkedIn.


The successful candidate will be responsible for all elements of social media, whilst working within the wider Media team. The role will include creating regular new posts tailored to each channel, communicating with customers and responding to posts, monitoring customer engagement and implementing marketing campaigns to support the brand.


The post holder will seek to increase our social media presence and monitor both our organic growth and the success of marketing campaigns to increase our online following. Ultimately, the Social Media Manager will look to convert page viewers into players at our leagues.

 
The successful candidate must be computer literate and a proficient user of all aspects of social media. They must be organised, able to prioritise tasks and have an innovative approach towards problem solving. Knowledge in other areas of media and marketing would be advantageous.

Leisure Sales Executive
