This week saw the final games of the season played out in the Eastleigh Monday 5-a-side league, with all teams in attendance for what turned out to be some high scoring games on the night!
WE EXTEND OUR CONGRATULATIONS TO 'MEAN MACHINE' WHO FINISHED THE SEASON AS DIVISIONAL CHAMPIONS REMAINING UNDEFEATED FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON! A NOTABLE MENTION ALSO GOES TO 'THE COMMON COMETS' WHO SECURED THE RUNNERS UP TROPHIES JUST 4 POINTS BEHIND. SPOILS WERE SHARED FOR PLAYER OF THE SEASON, WITH A TROPHY GOING TO DAN HAIGH (PASS FAST FC) AND SAM CRAWFORD (MEAN MACHINE). ALL TROPHIES WILL BE PRESENTED AT THE LEAGUE ON MONDAY 28TH MAY.
The new season will now commence on Monday 28th May. All teams will be contacted in due course with confirmation of their opening kick off times for the season.
Although the Eastleigh Monday 5-a-side league is currently full, we are always on the lookout for new teams, with the potential to extend the league in the future. We therefore urge any prospective teams to complete an entry form on our website as soon as possible to secure a space on our waiting list. There is a one off entry fee of £25 applicable to the league. This can be paid via credit/debit card either on the website when submitting your entry form, or alternatively payment can be taken over the phone by calling us on 0845 230 2340. Once we have received your form a member of our office staff will contact you with confirmation of the next phase of the application process.
Entries for this year’s National Tournament are now being accepted. With over 250 of the countries best teams playing against each other to be crowned the UK and Ireland Champions it promises to be the largest tournament of it’s kind in Europe. To enter the tournament and be in with the chance of playing in a European tournament with flights, transfers and accommodation for nine players just follow the link below and log in using your Leisure League account details. All you need to do is fill out the form and pay your fee, it couldn’t be easier. You will then receive a call 3 - 5 working days after submission with more details. The Eastleigh 5 a side Monday league is currently full but we are always looking for new teams. Any teams interested in joining the league should complete an entry form via the website. On completion of your entry form we will ask for a one off payment of £25 which is a standard entry fee across our network of leagues. This is payable by credit/debit card via the website. Once we receive your payment and entry form we will be in contact to discuss the next steps.
