Booze Boys FC moved up into mid-table in the Hereford 6 a side football league with a tight 1-0 victory over struggling Baltic Team. That was one of three 1-0 victories, with only Noddy FC’s 2-0 Dan Gillespie-inspired win over Beerbelly Athletic breaking the sequence. Charlie’s Angels maintained their division one title challenge by beating Topps Tiles 3-0, as Chris Bish starred, while it was honours even between struggling Allstars and The Galacticos as their clash ended 2-2.

No doubts about the pick of the performers in division two, and it was leaders Beercelona who “Brewer-ed up” Liam Brewer leading them to a stunning 10-0 victory over Pelling Athletic. Dave O’Athletic saw their promotion hopes takes a dent as they lost out by the only goal to The Barmy Army. Inter M’Ladies moved off the bottom as they weighed in against Gut Busters 3-1 and the pick of the other games saw Club Tropicana hold their nerve for a 1-0 win against top-of-the table LTFC, as Max Drury starred.

Hot Shots were the pick of the performers in the Hereford Monday league, crushing The Green Tanks 5-1, as the industrious Paul Ridgeway produced some fine form. The points were shared as Topps Tiles took on Rankers and not even Mickey Weaver could see Topps Tiles home – the game ended 1-1 despite his efforts.
