A good night of football on the whole was played out in the Southport Wednesday night 6 a side Leisure League as we moved into the second week of the season. It was dissapointing to see the non attendences of three teams Woozy Bankers, Merseyside FC and Tekkerz on Turf. Woozy Bankers and Merseyside FC have been removed from the league but Tekkerz on Turf will be back in attendence on Wednesday.

Merseyside Reds have changed their name to Barry Boca Juniors.

We do currently have spaces available for new teams to join the league if anyone is interested fill in an entry form online.

CAN ALL TEAMS ALSO BE REMINDED TO ENSURE YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE KICK OFF AND HAVE YOUR FULL MATCH READY TO PAY TO THE LEAGUE MANAGER, IF YOU ARE LATE FOR KICK OFF WE WILL HAVE TO KICK OFF A FRIENDLY FOR YOUR OPPONENTS AS WE CANNOT RUN BEHIND SCHEDULE.

We are always looking for new teams to enter the league and you can do this by filling in an online entry form via our website. There is a one off £25 entry fee to join the league which is payable by credit/debit card on entry. You will then be contacted within 48 hours to confirm entry has been received and further details will be provided on getting started in the league.
