The final week of the Banbury Sunday 5 a side league ran well this week with all teams in attendance for their final fixtures of the season as expected. Congratulations to league winners The Saints and League Runners Up Bob. Due to their being a 3 way tie in the Player of the Season awards, all 3 players will be receiveing Player of the Season trophies, so congratulations to Arron Wheddon (Bob), Rob Winters (The Trotters) and Stephen Wheddon (Multiple Scoregasms).

We have now spoken to all teams in the league and confirmed that the new season will begin at North Oxfordshire Academy, on the outdoor pitches, on Sunday 29th January 2012. We will be in contact with all teams in due course to confirm their kick off time.

Any teams looking to join our league in Banbury on a Sunday should be aware that it has now moved outdoors to North Oxfordshire Academy. Teams interested in this league should put across an entry form for their team and we will contact you immediately.
