Sunday 3rd August - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league overall this week, with the only disappointment being the non-attendance of Crow-Knees who've now been removed.

We welcome new team We Kante Win to the league as a replacement for the above, and wish these good luck going into their first game on Sunday 10th August.

The Premier League division witnessed some high-scoring games and remarkable performances. The matchup between Glass on Grass and 01543 FC was a standout game, with 01543 FC grabbing a 3-0 victory. The team demonstrated impressive coordination and skill, keeping their sheet clean throughout the match.

In another thrilling match, FUB FC outperformed Hednesford U5s, scoring a significant 5-1 victory. FUB FC's attacking prowess was on full display as they dominated the field, leaving little room for Hednesford U5s to make a comeback.

Bayer Neverlusen showed their dominance by defeating GG UXV with a commanding 4-0 victory. Bayer Neverlusen's striking strength and defensive stability were key to their victory, keeping GG UXV off the scoreboard.
