In a thrilling week 4 of the Burntwood Sunday 6-a-side league, a flurry of goals dominated the Premier League and Division 1, shaking the tables and setting a fierce competition for the upcoming weeks. With the Easter Sunday Bank Holiday out the way, we return to action!

In the Premier League, Bottom Bunch FC really showed their mettle by delivering an astonishing 11-0 victory over Hakuna Juan Mata. Lord Of The Ringers also proved too powerful for D.T.F.C, winning 8-0, while Zingers FC suffered a tough defeat, losing 1-5 to Peek Eboue. Real Unfitico scored a 2-0 victory against Smokin Aces, and Al-Ettifaq In Ell Ref clinched a 2-0 victory against Allstars FC. The top scorers this week, Bottom Bunch FC, have truly set a bar for the rest of the teams in their division. And it’s all very tight at both ends of this table!

Over in Division 1, The Ringers took the spotlight with an excellent 6-3 win over Warriors, setting the tone for the rest of the week. Such an emphatic game, rightfully earning it the MotD crown! FAT FC managed to sneak a 4-0 victory against Wekantewin, a great start for them! Meanwhile Mick's Bulldogs mirrored this scoreline with their win over Obese City. In a tightly contested match, Sporting Stonnall and Ladzio Fc couldn't break the deadlock, ending in a 0-0 draw. Finally, Yam Yam Army edged out M S Opeless, 2-1. The Ringers, with their high scoring win, are this week's top scorers in Division 1, they go top - but the division remains cracked wide open for all!

With such results, Burntwood Sunday League is heating up as we move towards the middle of the season. Both the Premier League and Division 1 have showcased some remarkable football, and we can't wait to see what the next week brings!
