Cheltenham Monday's 6 a side Football League continued last night with the second week of the season delivering thrilling matches in the Premier League and Division 1.

We did unfortunately have a non-attendance on the night as Blue Balls FC were not present for their fixture. It is paramount all teams are present each week in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

In the Premier League, Craggy Island Over 75s bested Juve Gotte Be Joking FC with a 5-2 victory,  IDFC also faced a loss against Stupac with a final score of 1-3. The most exhilarating match of the evening was between Baggingham Boys and Chippo FC, with the former securing a narrow victory with a 7-6 score line.

In Division 1, Spicy Aromatic TT and Calbarrie Compliance played out a thrilling 5-5 draw.  But the highlight of Division 1 was Netbreakers CF's convincing 5-2 victory over Aura Milan FC, demonstrating their striking prowess.

As we move into week 3, the stakes are high. Teams will be looking to build on their performances as the competition grows fiercer. Will the top teams maintain their momentum or will the underdogs rise to the challenge? One thing is certain: We can expect more thrilling football in the weeks to come.
