Play in the Rubery Thursday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

In an engaging week of action on the football field, the Rubery Thursday 6-a-side league rolled into its eighth week, with teams battling it out in the divisions named Premier League and Division 1.


In the highly-competitive Premier League, SakaPotatoes faced off against Pathetic Athletic, in a game that saw Pathetic Athletic emerge victorious with a 3-1 win. Meanwhile, a closely contested match between Chasers81120 FC and Last Legs FC ended in a slim 2-1 victory for Last Legs FC. 

Michael Teji of Last Legs FC was the standout performer in the Premier League this week, netting two goals and solidifying his place as the top scorer in the division. His contribution was pivotal in Last Legs FC's narrow win and will undoubtedly boost the team's confidence moving forward. Joe took home the MVP award for Saka.

Over in Division 1, AVCAS clashed with MO SAYS NO FC in a game that ended in favor of MO SAYS NO FC with a 2-1 scoreline. Is It Pink succumbed to a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Macciesonaramp, while Pawels VI bested Burning Rings with a 2-0 victory.
