Sunday 27th April - Nuneaton Academy Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Nuneaton Academy Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring two.  We look forward to seeing Murder on Zidane's Floor return for the next round of fixtures, and have removed Dukes of Hazard from the league with immediate effect.

We are delighted to confirm the addition of two new teams for Sunday 4th May, and wish both Romania and The Mighty Six good luck going into their debut games with us!

In the Premier League, THE ALLIES FC and Challenged FC started the season with a balanced 1-1 draw. EEFC showcased a strong start by trouncing Norfolk N Chance 2-0 in a well-fought contest.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Blue Crown FC took center stage with a convincing 3-1 victory over Dirty Burts Army. Borussia Teeth also announced their arrival in style with a resonating 4-0 triumph against Misfits. Hardly Athletic squeaked by Ligmatip 1-0 in a nail-biting match that thrilled the spectators to no end.

Moving onto Division 3, Extra Special Ones stamped their authority with a solid 4-0 win against Tuffnells FC. Rainbow Sparkles outshone Salah-vation Army 7-1 in a high-scoring encounter. Ricky Spanish FC set the bar high with an 8-0 demolition of Romasexuals, turning heads in the league.
