Sunday 6th July - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Walsall Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night, the only exception being Lettuce Win who return as normal next week.

Growler FC, known for their aggressive play and strong defense, displayed an exceptional performance, trouncing Avion Athletic with a staggering 7-0 victory. The forwards of Growler FC were on fire, relentlessly piercing through Avion's defense, scoring goal after goal. This victory has undoubtedly boosted their confidence as they now turn their sights to the upcoming matches.

On the same night, another heated match was taking place between Fat Tony FC and TenpinTuesdaysFC. A nail-biting encounter saw TenpinTuesdaysFC edge out Fat Tony FC with a slim but decisive 2-0 victory. TenpinTuesdaysFC's attack was commendable, playing a meticulous game and capitalizing on their opportunities.

However, the spotlight of the night belonged to the high scorers. For Growler FC, their forward line dominated the game, scoring a total of 7 goals, while TenpinTuesdaysFC saw their star players netting 2 critical goals, cementing their win in the process.
