Sunday 12th April - Sittingbourne Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Sittingbourne Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across both divisions.

In the Premier League, a nail-biter match between Classics FC and Clubcard FC resulted in a narrow 1-0 victory for Classics. Their singular, yet decisive, goal came courtesy of the league's top scorer, Lewis Speller, who continues to impress with his goal-scoring prowess.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Michu At De Gea Ba eked out a 1-0 victory against Sheppey Wednesday in a closely fought encounter. The day also witnessed a thrilling draw between Real Sociopath and Murston Massive, with the teams showing great resilience and sportsmanship, ending the match with a 2-2 tie.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, a scoring fest was on display as AFC Cuckwood and Apple Yard FC battled to a high-scoring 4-4 draw, showcasing some truly exciting football. Unathletico FC demonstrated a spectacular performance with a 4-0 thumping of Cheese James. Callum from Unathletico FC stole the show with a brilliant pair of goals, making him the top scorer in Division 1 for the week.

In other Division 1 matches, Two Olds dominated their game against NetsixandChill, registering a decisive 5-1 victory. Saga also managed to edge out Webbedfeet FC in a tight 1-0 encounter.
