The inaugural week of the Tamworth Sunday Football League kicked off to a rousing start, setting the stage for an exhilarating season. In the Premier League, we saw impressive performances and tantalising football action, which surely left the fans at the edge of their seats.

The Bruzz took on Betterlacticos in a thrilling match that ended 3-2 in favor of The Bruzz. Polesworth North Warwick showcased their prowess by defeating BuzzBall FC 4-1. Oldman Asthmatic put up a bravura performance, beating Cream FC 5-2. The star-studded Maradonna Kebab dominated Bonds Bandits with a landslide 6-0 victory.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, there was no shortage of action either. Bender FC faced a tough match against Ashby Road, which ended 9-6 in Ashby Road's favor. Bacunamatata claimed a narrow victory over Six Offenders with a scoreline of 3-2. School Boy Error dominated the pitch against Currys FC, marking a decisive 9-3 win.
