Play in the Birmingham Sunday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

The excitement was palpable at the Birmingham Sunday Football League this week. Match week 9 saw some thrilling encounters, stunning displays of football skills and plenty of goals across all divisions.

In the Premier League division, Avengers Assombalonga made a strong statement with a 3-0 win against Chivas Supplemento. The GamingSoc team also made their presence known with a narrow 1-0 victory over Cadballerz. However, the highlight of the Premier League was DADS ARMY's prolific performance, outscoring 3 Small Plates FC with an impressive 7-2 win. The Hungry Boys also secured a solid 4-2 victory over Sevilla Tism FC.

Over in Division 1, Villa-ns Assemble and Chiellini Con Carne played out a well-fought 2-2 draw, while Ringers FC had a comfortable 3-0 win against BOSHERS FC. Moseley Magpies enjoyed a close 2-1 victory against AFC Domi Force. 

In Division 2, Diamond Scrubs suffered a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Shlongball. Chivas Primera and Dead Ballers FC couldn't break the deadlock as their match ended in a draw. However, Sharkys Saints claimed a 4-2 victory over Kroos Control.

Division 3 saw some high-scoring matches, with Brumtown Ballers and WIP U23s both hitting a high note with 5-0 wins against 6 LITTLE BIRDS FC and Hyeungmyson FC respectively. Road To GC and Steel & Iron couldn't find the net, ending their match with a goalless draw. Clubs secured a 2-0 win over BMI.

The top scorers for the week were DADS ARMY in the Premier League, Ringers FC in Division 1, Shlongball in Division 2, and with an equal number of goals, Brumtown Ballers and WIP U23s shared the spotlight in Division 3.

With these results, the competition intensifies as we move further into the season. The teams are gearing up for the next week's matches, promising yet another thrilling round of football.
