Monday 14th January - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Cannock on Monday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled apart from a second cancellation in a row from Chocolate Ba's and Corn Eto'o's who have unfortunately now had to withdraw from the league.

Further to the above we are however pleased to welcome new team Hardly Athletic FC to the league this week and we wish these good luck going into their first fixture on Monday 21st January.

On the pitch there were wins in the Premier Division for Chicken Tikka Mo Salah and Renault McCann, both of which remain on maximum points after the opening three games.

in Division One it is Jammy Kodjias who have an outright lead, albeit 1 point as they retain their perfect start to the season, they were 3-0 victors against Wimbo Boys who are still pointless for the campaign.

Karius To Glory were made to work for their win this week against newcomers Hemiboys, 2-1 the final score as Karius also retain a 100% record.

In an evening of closely contested matches it was the 2-2 draw between Division 2 teams Pathetico Madrid and Ajax Treesdown which stood out among the rest of the action.

We wish all teams good luck going into the next round of fixtures with Cannock's premier provider of small sided football.
