Monday 25th November - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Cannock on Monday with all teams barring Beaky Blinders and Real Hasbeens in attendance throughout the night, both will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return on Monday 2nd December.

Harchester United's 5-0 walkover against Beaky Blinders sees them stay top of the table on goal difference.  They are joined on maximum points by CF De Rugeley and Skillage In The Village who both picked up their second wins in a row, winning 5-2 against Sporting Gibson and 3-2 against Sporting Bad Haircuts respectively in what were entertaining encounters.

Division One sees just one team with a 100% record remaining after only two games, which shows how close the standard in the league looks already.  Ajax Treesdown's 5-1 win over Harriers sees them sitting with a healthy 4 points and +7 Goal difference at this early stage.  Club Bates' 4-1 win over FC Fruity Dons puts them a point off the pace at this early stage of the season.

New team TheKettyCabbage got off to a good start on their first week in Division Two as they ran out 3-1 winners in their match against Sevilla Lacatalent whilst the other two league matches finished level with 2 Girls 1 Klopp and Notinyourmomsforest drawing 1-1 and Dynamo Fukktherest and VTS finishing goalless.
