Sunday 10th March - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Cannock on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night across both divisions, including new side Chase Pleasure Centre who played their first fixture in Division One and were narrowly beaten 3-2 by second placed Corneto'o FC.

Pique Blinders stay top of the Premier Division after a 4-1 victory over new side Chase Warriors who were playing only their second game in the league.  JLingz remain in second place after a thrilling 8-4 victory over a recently rejuvenated Old Unfit and Deluded.  It appears to be very much a two horse race for the title after third placed Dynamo slipped to a 4-0 defeat against FMFB, whilst S Club 6 are in fourth and level on points with Dynamo following their 2-1 win over Bars Click.

Snorting Wizbon secured a big win this week as they were 3-2 victors over third placed Messi Busquets, who they pull 5 points clear of in the process.  As mentioned at the top of the article, Corneto'o won again to keep up the pressure on pole position.    Fourth placed Team Maestro won 3-1 against rock bottom For Fuchs Sake.  Finally FUB FC went above Kevnes and into fifth place after beating them 1-0.

We wish all teams good luck going into the next round of fixtures with Cannock's premier small sided football provider.
