Sunday 2nd October - Cannock Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Cannock Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across both divisions, the only exception being a cancellation on the day from ACFC who return to action on Sunday 9th October.

Firing Squad show no sign of letting up as they continue to hit the target, their fifth win on the spin coming in the form of a 5-2 thrashing of FUB FC this week, keeping them three points clear of We Kante Win who won by the same scoreline in their match against Hednesford U5's.  Diadora FC moved into third position this week as they were 6-1 victors over Snorting Wizbon, putting them above Stroke Titty who were beaten 4-1 against PG.

Division One leaders 01543 FC got their fifth win on the spin as they were 8-1 winners over Passion Wagons, whilst Team Maestro keep up the pressure on the leaders, remaining two points off the pace after they thumped Balotellitubbies 12-0!  Master Haters and Puyol Pants Down could not be separated as the two took a point a piece in a game that finished goalless.
