Monday 25th March - Bognor Regis Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Bognor Regis Monday 6 a side league this week.  We were however disappointed to see a non-attendance from the new team, Vets United who were due to join us.  They will be spoken to accordingly to confirm their continuation after the Bank Holiday.

Likely Lads FC exhibited a robust performance against 2 Goals 1 Cup, as the two teams squared up on the pitch. The match was a hotly contested affair, but it was Likely Lads FC that prevailed with a 3-1 victory, stamping their authority on the league.

Not far behind, Real Chisinau delivered a nail-biting performance against Fc Molinari, snatching victory from the jaws of defeat with a close 3-2 win. Their game was drenched in suspense until the last whistle, displaying the true essence of the sport.

The spotlight, however, was on Oleg Sendrea from Real Chisinau, who proved to be the standout player in the Premier League division. Sendrea netted 2 goals, making him the top scorer of the week. His exceptional goal-scoring prowess did not go unnoticed, and his contribution was integral to Real Chisinau’s victory, earning him the title of "man of the match".
