Week 4 round up from Gosport

We had another great night of action down at Bay House last night as our Wednesday Night 6 a side league in Gosport ticked off week 4 of this mini season. 

There is good news too, we have had enough interest from new teams that we now have enough to start a 2nd division to run alongside the current prem. This will start next Wednesday with just ONE available place left. This new division will end at the same time as the current season allowing us to start the next season with the full quota of teams as we had before the summer. So if you are interested in getting involved, you don't have to wait for the end of the season, register now, it's just £5 in September and you will be able to play a competitive game next Wednesday night.

This weeks games gave us plenty of goals with The Untouchables kicking off with a big win against Show Me Da Mane, Leo King netting 5 and Mig Dark 4 as their side put 12 past the opposition without reply. Only Fools and Scorers also won well, 4 - 1 against Fish Fingers and Only Put Matip In scored also scored 4 in their match with TBC FC Academy despite having Mitch Allen sent off. TBC did get 2 goals back but it was Matip who took the points and remain unbeaten. Murder on Zidanes Floor came away with a 5 - 0 points win as Hardly Athletic were away this week. 

So exciting times ahead for Gosport as we look to get back to a bigger league, don't forget to get registered with your team before the end of September to save ££ on the entry fee's.
