Back 2 Back Champions!

Maradona Kebab made it 9 wins from 9 to confirm consecutive Premier League titles with a game to spare. The league had been all but won last week with victory over Beverley La Coruna, but a 6-0 victory over Murder on Zidane's Floor mathematically secured it. The Champions will now go into their final league game looking to emulate DST Leconfield as only the second team to record the perfect season, and the first team to do so in the top flight. Goalkeeper Jamie Pettigrew will also be looking to add a 10th consecutive clean sheet to go a full season without a defensive breach.

Beverley La Coruna continued their quest to be the best of the rest and recorded a 7th win in 9, with their only failures to win in their games against the champions, with a 5-2 victory over Expected Toulouse; a result which relegated Expected Toulouse who will now return straight to Division One following promotion last season.

The final game in the Premier League saw The Academy guarantee 3rd spot with a 4-1 win over FC Club de Futbol AFC who only stay above the relegation zone on goal difference. FC CDF AFC go into the final game level on points with Murder on Zidane's Floor, and it will be a tense showdown to see who will stay up. Murder on Zidane's Floor are currently -8 GD behind, so would need a huge swing if Club de Futbol record an unlikely victory over the Champions Maradona Kebab, so they need to better their result in a game against already relegated Expected Toulouse who will be looking to take some momentum into next season.

In Division One, Little Boys Clubs had already secured the league title, and maintained their unbeaten record courtesy of a 2-2 draw against Viking Rangers, a point which kept themselves a slim hope of gaining promotion on the final day.

It is only a glimmer of hope though as Put Matip In continued their fine run of form to edge out Nutty Nutters 3-2 in a highly competitive game, a win which gives them a 2 point and +6 GD cushion in second place going into the final game. They do however face league winners Little Boys Clubs who will want to complete an unbeaten season, whilst Viking Rangers face bottom side Crystal Phallus so there could yet be a late twist in the race for promotion.

In the final game of the night, Inter Peroni moved off 5th position for the first time in weeks via an impressive 6-1 reverse of Crystal Phallus. IPFC took their chances in key moments and some great finishing saw them move above Nutty Nutters into 4th place.
