Sunday 9th February - Burntwood Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Burntwood Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance and braving the stormy conditions throughout the night.

Chase Lions kept their third clean sheet on the bounce after a 5-0 win over Fat FC keeps them top of the table.  Murder on Zidane's Floor maintained maximum points but drop to second on goal difference, they were 3-2 winners over Norton FC in a tightly contested game.  

In Division One it is just Forty Winks who remain on maximum points after three games, they picked up a 2-0 win over The Hated Seven in a disciplined performance.  DTFC dropped to second place after suffering a 4-1 reverse at the hands of Peek Eboue.
