Still all to play for as season enters final four games

Royal Wootton Bassett Monday Match report

It was another great night of action in the Swindon Monday six a side football league at Gerard Buxton Sports Ground. Every team were in attendance and a great night was had by all.

The first game of the night saw Nalgo keep up their impressive form since joining the league. They comfortably beat the Unplayables 6-2. The goal scorers for Nalgo were Shaun and Josh while Finn bagged himself a hat-trick. Nalgo will definitely be one of the teams to watch next season.

In game two Pique won once again. This time their unfortunate opponents were Alexandre LakofKet. Jamie and Matt secured the 2-0 win to ensure they stay just two points behind Exeter Gently.

Game 3 was a comfortable win for Deportivo De La Greenhill against The Underdogs. Captain Sam Gentilcore and Jordan got a goal apiece while Thomas Titcombe grabbed a brace.

In game 4 2 Goals 1 Cup secured a narrow 1-0 win against Athletic Bilbao Baggins.

In the final two games of the night there was comfortable victories for Moyes in the Hood and Exeter Gently who beat AC a Little Silhouetto of Milan and Who Ate All Depays respectfully. Both teams scored 5 goals each on the way to their victories and were in cruise control from the first minute to the last.

So as we move towards the final four games of the season Exeter stay top but with Pique Blinders in hot pursuit behind them.

Have a great week!

Thanks,

Dan
