Weekly Update - 5th September 2018 (Game 1/14)

GOAL FEST AT THE DOME!!

And so it begins, the new 5 a side season at the Dome at Great Baddow High School in Chelmsford. Featuring last seasons teams all looking to crown themselves Champions, but also two new teams who faced each other in their first games.

It would seem that both of our new teams are not strangers to scoring goals, with an 8 goal thrilling as the opening game for the sides. Mongolian Horses FC found themselves victorious 5-3 on the night against Delph and Safety, and start the campaign with 3 points.

A close encounter between BFSB FC and Stroke Titty threw a further 7 goals into the mix, with BFSB FC taking the points home whilst FC Snoozemia battled hard against Kick It With Your Leg FC and started the season with a comfortable 3-1 win.

The Bohemians turned up eagerly for the first kickoff of the night, but unfortunately Ajax Trees Down found themselves unable to gather a team at relatively short notice. Whilst The Bohemians take the 5-0 walkover victory, we'd like to apologise that we were unable to supply a game having been the first game of the night.

On this note can we reiterate the importance of letting us know if you are unable to make any fixtures so we can ensure cover is made and teams do not go home without a game.
