Plenty of thrilling action panned out this Monday in the Grimsby 6-a-side Monday league, with some great high-scoring games. 

The Val kept maintained their two-point lead at the top of the table with a fine performance against Gangta's Allardyce, beating the hosts 5-2 to kick off the week's action. 

Toilet Scrubber FC's woes continued, as they fell to a 6-2 defeat at the hands of Jossy's Giants in another pulsating game. Omar Bugal were in fine form to stay close to second place on the table, beating Michu at De Gea Ba 5-1. 

Guilty Sigurdsson, currently second-placed, claimed a 2-0 win over Borussia Teeth to keep hold of their position for the time being. They will face The Val in a mouthwatering clash between the top two. Omar Bugal will be following that game closely as it could propel them to second.
