A brilliant set of matches saw plenty of goals scored this Monday in the Grimsby 6-a-side Monday league. 

The day's action got off to a flying start as Michu At De Gea Ba took on Borussia Teeth and cruised to a brilliant 8-0 victory, making their way up the table into fourth. Jossy's Giants are also keeping pace, as they leapfrogged Gangster's Allardyce into fifth, edging out the latter in a 1-0 win. 

Second-placed Guilty Sigurdsson stamped their authority over bottom-of-the-table Toilet Scrubber FC, with a 6-0 victory. Another intense clash was one between third-placed Omar Bugal and league leaders The Val. 

It was a hard-fought encounter, but The Val pulled through with a 2-1 win to pull two points ahead of second. Guilty Sigurdsson and Omar Bugal are now level on 12 points and only separated by goal difference.
