Grimsby Tuesday 6-a-side football league: Season Preview
The 6-a-side Tuesday league at the Grimsby Institute is all set for a brand new season.
The Premier League will get off to a brilliant start, as reigning champions Balotellitubies will take on last year's runners-up Romasexuals in what promises to be a thrilling clash. Newly promoted Pamsredseats will also look to continue their form from last season in the new division.
In Division 1, Haverstoe Ultras will be looking to stay strong and give promotion another crack after missing out on second place last season by the narrowest of margins on goal difference. GY Crew and Claire Green Machines will also be keen on pushing for the top two after some very solid performances in the previous campaign.
Division 2 witnessed some great battles last season, and the middle of the table was incredibly competitive between Net Six And Chill, Young Buoys V2 and South Humber United. Boom Shake De Roon and Released On Bale also picked up some good wins last season, which will motivate them to ditch the bottom two this time around.
UpTheStripes along with Exit And Brexit will try and bounce back from relegation to return to Division 1.
