The Grimsby Institute played host to a fantastic start to the new season of the Grimsby Tuesday 6-a-side league this week. Here are the highlights of the action.

In the Premier League, Romasexuals took on newly-promoted 2 Goals 1 Cup in a cagey battle that ended in a 0-0 draw. A solid start for the newcomers in a higher division. As Darabani got a walkover, Dossers on Zidane’s Floor eased to a 4-0 win over Kinky Konate to kick their campaign off. 

Division 1 saw Expected Toulouse begin their season with a 3-0 win over the Varginas, while Stoke Titty overcame a tough test against Fiorentina Turner for a 3-2 win. Only Put Matip In claimed a walkover.

Another tier below in Division 2, Rameco got a default win as UTV picked up a 4-1 win against Ballpark Madrid and Pepper Shniffers came through Released on Bale’s challenge to win 3-2.
