WEEKLY UPDATE FROM THE NORTHWICH MONDAY LEAGUE 21ST JAN

Another excellent evening in the Northwich Monday league with all teams in attendance and everything running as scheduled.

This week we saw the leaders Netsix & Chill FC lose their 100% record as they went down 3-1 to 5th placed Weaverdale in a very competitive affair. The Quaysiders are now only 2 points off the top as they came through 2-1 against Eritrea Flying Penguins in another competitive match. It is pleasing to hear that all matches played each week are hard fought but played in the correct manner which is a credit to all players.
