Boston 6-a-side Monday league: Results recap

25/04/2022

Lots of exciting football was on show in Boston's 6-a-side league this Monday across all three divisions.

In the Premier League, Boston FC claimed an important 2-0 win over FcHasbik, as league leaders Spank Ya FC fell to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Sons of Pitches. Boston FC are now level on points with the table-toppers and will be keen on making a push for the top spot very soon. It was a huge result for Sons of Pitches as well, continuing to challenge for third place.

In Division 1, Six Offenders claimed a surprise 1-0 win over Who Ate All Depays in a bid to get out of the relegation zone. Pedoplarks FC edged out Tekkerslovakia 3-2 in a high-octane clash, as Boom Xhakalaka beat Borussia Teeth with the same scoreline. Meanwhile, in a top of the table clash between Tattoo Crew and Real Ale Madrid, the former claimed a stellar 5-1 win, moving closer to dethroning the league leaders.

Division 2 saw some incredible performances, especially from Intermivan and Bank Lads, both of whom cruised to 7-1 wins over Boston Man V Fat FC and The Torretos. Fritzls Basement Boys continued their title charge with a comfortable 3-0 win over Sands United Boston, as second-placed ImJustBeta were held to a 1-1 stalemate by Martins Boys FC.
