CHATHAM MONDAY 5 A SIDE ROUND UP

It was match day 13 at our Chatham Monday 5 a side league at Thinking Fitness last night. We had plenty of excellent games on another action packed night with new leaders in Div 2. Here's a look at all the results:

PREMIER LEAGUE

AC Me Rollin have already secured and retained the title at a canter this season and picked up another victory last night as they defeated Skitz Aces 7-3. Bligh A Side moved up to second sport with a 5-0 points match win. Pheasant Pluckers produced an excellent performance to win 6-4 against Cats On Tour.

DIVISION ONE

Ryan Scott scored four times to edge Murder On Zidane's Floor a step closer to the Div 1 title as they beat Kent Driving School 6-3. Beercelona remain in a strong position for the second promotion spot as they won 5-3 against new team Chatham Rovers. Cantium had a 5-0 win with Scottswood away this week while the goals flowed in the mid table clash between Cadiz Nuts and Skinners with Cadiz winning it 13-7, Harry Elswood grabbing five for them.

DIVISION TWO

We have new leaders in Div 2 as Mac's fell to a heavy defeat to Nigel Ben's XI, going down 8-0. This gave Woodbleak the chance to move to the top of the table which they took, beating Get Your Scally Out 6-3 which ended Scally's promotion hopes. In other results Dirt Washers won a tight one 4-3 against MrsBrandtsBoys while Gayson Mount won 4-1 at Workrate FC.

Thank you to Ash and all our refs along with our players, we have two bank holiday Monday's coming up so won't be back in action until the 15th May for the last set of fixtures.
