Maradona Kebab with important win at Chatham Monday 5 a side

Here's all the results from our Chatham Monday 5 a side league from Holcombe Grammar School. Crossley were away but will be returning next week while we do have one spot available in the league for a new team to join now.

The Premier League title is all but wrapped up as Maradona Kebab had Mitchell Ball to thank for scoring a brace as they defeated Skinners FC 2-0 to take them 6 points clear at the top with just 3 games to go. AC Me Rollin climb into the runners up spot after a points match win while in the other fixture Scottswood and Get Your Scally Out shared a 2-2 draw.

The Div 1 title race isn't quite over although Weinsteins Wanderers are edging towards it. They won again last night as they produced a solid performance to see of Gylfi Pleasures 3-0. Macs picked up a points match win with Crossley away to remain in the second promotion spot, 3 points behind the leaders. Finally Woodbleak put in their best performance so far to win 7-2 against 6* Skills. Jamie scoring a hat-trick while Grim and Ricky both found the back of the net twice.
