The Hull Tuesday league continued with some more tight 6-a-side battles this week at the Hull College pitches. 

As Inter the Pub's walkover got them out of the bottom two, Peel Street fought to retain third and stay within touching distance of second place with a 2-0 win over Billy Sastards. 

Offshore Wanderers marched on at the top of the table, edging out Gardeners 2-1 in a tight battle of first versus second. 

The latters' loss means they are now just one goal's difference ahead of Peel Street.
