Leisure Leagues back with a bang!

Happy New year Lichfield Leisure Leagues!

We hope everyone enjoyed running off their Christmas hangovers last night!

Premier Division

In the premier division we saw The Fountain keep up their 100% record with a fantastic 6-1 win over SBFC. Similarly, APFC picked up where they left off in 2019 with an impressive 5-0 victory over Ice Pack. Elsewhere, Show me the Mane leapfrogged Coleonel getafe with a comfortable 3-0 win. Nione FC picked up a much needed victory with a dominant 8-1 victory over Ayem Ready. 

It looks like any 2 from 3 in the relegation battle as we head into the final weeks of the season, who will be able to scathe off relegation? Only two points separate the bottom three!

Division 1

Southmill Soccer and MK Dongs treated us to a feast of goals with a fantastic 11-4 victory, continung their impressive form! Elsewhere Old Heads and Only Fools and Scorers played out with a Desmond (2-2). That point for Old Heads sees them creep into the final promotion place. Can they hold on out for the rest of the season? Hityobihfromthebackk and Pjanic the Disco are only one point behind!
