Weekly News from Monday 12th June

A great night of football was marred by disciplinary issues on Monday, as we saw incidents involving Trinasco FC and Granola FC. 

Trinasco will receive a £10 fine after verbally abusing the referee, while Scott Meggison from Granola FC has been permanently banned from all Leisure Leagues competition, and will also receive a £100 fine after he threw several punches at an opponent.

Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour at any of the leagues that we operate, and any team or player seen to be displaying this sort of behaviour will receive fines and bans accordingly.
