Monday 18th February - Nuneaton Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's football in the Nuneaton Monday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some closely contested matches played across the division.

FC Cont were 4-2 winners over Hardly Athletic and remain in pole position, three points clear of Michu De Gea who were narrowly beaten by Blink 1 Eto'o, losing out to a single goal.

99 Problems stay in third place and are now just a point off second as they won in style, they beat Cabbage FC 12-1 whilst Ford Sports are in fourth on the same points, they won by a narrower margin but an entertaining game as they overcame Beating Chastards 3-2.

Other action included a 4-3 thriller in which Shake and Bake came out victorious over Team 10, and a narrow 1-0 victory for UK Flooring Direct who overcame Fillongley 3rds.
