12TH MAY LEAGUE NEWS FROM THE NUN ACADEMY SUNDAY LEAGUE

Another good week in the 6 aside league held at the Academy although we did have a no show from Real Sosobad. Unfortunately they were scheduled to play the first match of the evening and therefore left their opponents without a fixture. We must apologise to Extra Special Ones for this as due to the fact we were unaware of their opponents non attendance, we were unable to arrange a match for them. This is the reason why we ask all teams to contact head office if you are unable to make a fixture as it gives us the opportunity to arrange a match for your fixture. If you give 7 days notice, you also avoid being charged the match fee. Real Sosobad have now been taken out of the league which does leave us with one space but we are confident that it will be filled shortly.

Exeter Gently extended their 100% record start in the premier division as they gained themselves a 7-3 victory over Misfits to remain 3 points clear of Deportivo Fc and Inter YN who both lie second after their victories this week.

Mean Machine had their lead at the top of division one reduced to one points as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Egg Fried Reus. Sky Blues 87 took full advantage of the leaders dropping a point as they defeated Madeline Milan 3-1 to remain 1 point clear of Extra Special Ones.
