Monday 14th October - Walsall Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening of 6 a side football in Walsall on Monday which saw all teams in attendance for their fixtures as scheduled, apart from The Cogs who have now been removed from the league with immediate effect due to their recent unreliability.

On a positive note, we welcomed new team Ruud Van Nipplejoy into the Premier Division as they moved over from our Walsall Thursday league which they had previously won.  They started life in the Monday Premier Division with an impressive 5-2 win over Soccer Cleats Utd.

You Bladdy FC also moved down into Division One where they will remain for the new campaign despite being put into top spot.  They were beaten 7-1 against a good Walsall Wood FC side.

We have two vacancies available in this league at present and with a new season just around the corner now is a perfect time to sign up and reserve your place for the next campaign!  Entry to the league is reduced to just £5 to anyone who signs up for next season (usually £25) so now is a perfect time to join and make a saving in the process!
