Monday 19th November - Walsall Round-Up

It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Walsall on Monday with all teams in attendance throughout the night across all four divisions.

Expected Toulouse and Lazy Hill Lions are still level on points at the top of the Premier Division after both won convincingly again this week, a 4-0 win for Toulouse over Cowedenbeef and an impressive 7-0 win for Lazy Hill over Soccer Cleats.

The top two in Division One went head to head this week, and it was an absolute thriller!  Exeter Gently ran out 7-6 winners in game where neither team held back.  Exeter Gently now have a 2 point lead at the top of the division.  Moggys Mountaineers are now joint second after they drew 1-1 with Chicken Tika Taka.

Hardly Athletic were dealt their first blow of the season in Division Two, their 100% record being taken away from them by Beercelona who were in ruthless form, 4-2 the final result.   Paris Ganjaman missed out on a huge opportunity to close the gap to 2 points as they were beaten 6-3 by FC Sporting a Beergut which means Hardly Athletic are fortunate enough to stay 4 points clear!
