Monday Night Football returns to One Leisure St Neots!
Premier Division
Law Abiding Sigurdssons kicked us off this week against Cambridgeshire Hunter and had a night to forget. Ben Wilson got on the scoresheet for Sigurdssons, but it was one goal from Bradley Brown, two from Sam and Callum Stockwell meant that Cambridgeshire Hunter took a 5-1 win.
Priory faced off against Dolce & Lallana with both teams in the title race. A win would take Dolce & Lallana 3 points clear of Priory, however Priory turned up in fine form. Two goals each for Kirk Kidd, Luke Fox, Kyle Morris and one from Alfie Bowling saw Priory take the points in a 7-0 win.
Our last fixture of the night was a depleted Aston Villagers side against DCDC. DCDC were on fine form with goals from Matt Larkman and James Thomas taking them to a 2-0 win.
Division One
New Boys gained more important points on the board as they won 5-0 against The Kiddos.
A tight affair between SMD and Tekkerslovakia was only split apart by a goal from Tim Trebes in a 1-0 win for SMD, meaning that they clinched the Division One title for this season. Congraulations to SMD!
A dominant performance from Beer Bellies against Inter Yournan saw Alex Beadle and Richard Hart grab one each alongside two goals from Garson. Jordan Holdaway grabbed one back for Inter Yournan but it was not enough as Beer Bellies ran out 4-1 winners.
