League Report 10th January

The first fixture after the winter break took place with all teams refreshed and raring to go. Hello You Kante asserted their dominance in the Premier League with a solid 4-1 performance to keep a 4 point gap at the top. They stormed into a 4-0 goal lead before Delph and Safety gained a late consolation goal. We welcome New team Four Twenty FC who gave a really good amount of themselves in tough first match losing to Sporting View B 3-1. 

Divison 1 is setting up nicely with 4 teams all within a point of each other. Colonel Getafe produced a a good result over Nottinyourmumsforest to leapfrog them to top of the league. Getafe played a very defensive game and caught their opponents twice on the counter attack to gain a two goal advantage. Nottinyourmumsforest reduced the arrears late on but it was too little too late. Elsewhere Top of the Klopps let a 3 goal lead slip to end up drawing Obcinka. That comeback was pivotal for Obcinka who still remain a point off the top in second on goal difference.
