MONDAY NIGHT 6 A SIDE - PORTCHESTER

Whilst it may be inevitable that Swan Lake take home another Portchester Monday 6 a side title the race for 2nd place in defiantly alive as our Monday night teams head into the final weeks of the season.

Sage Rowland was amongst the scorers again for the champions as they saw off 106 FC 7 - 1 while Occasionally United had a massive win against Who Asked V2 to open up the race for 2nd this season. The 5 - 3 win came with goals from Chris Alderson, Dean Charles and Tom. So 3 points now separate 3 teams with Borussia Donmund's 6 - 1 win over Bundaland keeping them in the hunt for the runners up spot. Sadly Gangsters Allardyce went home without a game due to Stevie Wanderers not showing up. Literally the most frustrating thing when we get no heads up that a team isn't coming. Apologies to Gangsters who get the 5 - 0 win at least and won't have a match fee to pay next week.

We are looking for a few new teams to jump into the league now, we have a new season not far away and there is a good vibe back into the 6 a side in Portchester now so it's a great time to get your squad together and begin your 6 a side journey with Leisure Leagues.
