Great to be back - Portchester Thursday 6 a side returns!

Portchester Thursday night 6 a side is finally back at Portchester Community School and it was great to see all 16 teams in attendance to get us back underway.

The Premier League is looking tight at the top as 3 teams picked up maximum points from their opening 3 matches of the season. Champions Sergio Gameos Lee are top on goal difference as Jack Mitchell banged in a hat-trick along with goals from Charlie Steele 2 and Bailey Steele to see off Roach On Toast who will be looking to bounce back next week. Viking FC also picked up a win to stay second as they defeated HMS St Albans 3-1. The other side to win all 3 of their opening games are Stroke Titty who helped themselves to a 3-1 win over a good Lads On Toure side. Jack Small and Elliot Vendyback 2 finding the back of the net for Titty.

What a start to the season for both Wanyama's In Pyjamas and Foxes Forest who both won to make it 3 wins from 3. Wanyama's are top as goals from Jonny Bell and Kieran Young weren't enough for new team Fenerbackache to prevent a 6-2 loss. Foxes also enjoyed a good win as they defeated Chicken Tikkataka 5-1. In other results Jimmy Floyd Bottle Bank impressed during a 7-1 win over Who8AllThePie while Pants started back with a 6-2 victory against Sands. A hat-trick for Neil Wood the highlight of the performance.

Thank you to all teams along with our match night supervisor Benji and the men in the middle Con and Dave. Enjoy your weekend and see you all next week.
