Monday 9th December - Stafford Round-Up

It was a good start to the new season in the Stafford Monday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance for their fixtures as scheduled and some entertaining football played across both divisions.

There was a surprise result in the season opener as last seasons champions FC Chippy were held to a 2-2 draw with Champagne Super Rovers.  Absolutely Fabregas were the big winners of the week as they thrashed Exeter Gently 8-1.  Matip In Your Son were also 3-1 winners against Bear Average and Robben Your Points played out a 1-1 draw with The Guvnors.

In Division One Girouds Baguette ran out 5-0 victors against Dalton Athletic, whilst 2 Girls 1 Klopp were 4-0 winners in their game against The Boys Are Back in Town.
