MONDAY 11TH FEBRUARY SITTINGBOURNE 6 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the latest news for the Sittingbourne 6 a side Monday league direct from the sittingbourne community college.

It was a good night overall in the league with all teams in attendance with the exception of our new team SSF Boys. This is obviously disappointing and they will be removed from the league with immediate affect. 

On to the action and the teams that were in attendance.  

The fixture of the evening was undoubtedly the one between first and second as Tizer Chiefs leap frogged their opponents to top of the league with a 2-1 win. There is only 4 weeks left of the season but with one point separating Tizer Chiefs and Expected toulouse it is still anyones title to be won.

The rest of the games were played in good spirits but we did have one flash point as a player from Real men united was abusive towards one of the officials, this behaviour is not tolerated in any of our leagues and will be dealt with in the appropriate manner.
