Weekly News from Monday 3rd July

Overall we had a great night of football on Monday evening, with all teams in attendance as expected. the only exception to this was BeachedSwale Wonderers, who we were extremely disappointed failed to contact Head Office to inform us they were unable to attend their game. We will be in contact with the team captain to confirm they will be back as normal next week.

There was also two disciplinary incidents to report, both of which happened in the match between Tizer Chiefs and FixedOrRepairDaily. Jake Hearne has received a £10 fine for a bad foul for FixedOrRepairDaily, while Dan Organ from Tizer Chiefs has received a £50 fine and three week ban after getting a red card for verbally abusing the referee.

Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour at any of the leagues that we operate. Any teams or players seen to be displaying this sort of behaviour will receive fines and bans accordingly.
