SITTINGBOURNE SUNDAY 6 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

It was another great night in the Sittingbourne 6 a side Sunday league as all teams were in attendance as expected with Bacarays not included now being removed and replaced with new team Bourne Bhoys Club ready for this Sunday. 

Bacarays will be back for the new season having struggled for players since the restart and we also have another team waiting to join ready for the new season meaning we will be back to 2 divisions of 8 which is great news for all teams concerned.

We did have 2 small disappointments last night as The Kings head picked up a yellow card for persistent fouling, no ban or suspension has been issues but the captain will receive a call to remind the team of the future conduct.

What was also disappointing was we only had 5 out of 12 teams paying for their fixtures online, i have reminded teams several times we will be going cashless at all our leagues by the end of august so teams need to start paying online sooner rather then later. A big thank you to those teams who did pay online.
