Monday 4th October - Worcester Sixways Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's football in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league at Sixways Stadium this week with all teams in attendance for their matches across all three divisions and some entertaining matches on display.

Vue Bar FC continued their fantastic season in the Premier Division having ran out 5-3 winners over Lower Wick Lemons, finally confirming the title for themselves and keeping themselves unbeaten for the season with just a single game to play.

Tics on Toure remain in second place and will look to seal themselves the runners-up slot with a game to go, they were 6-2 victors over Moyes N The Hood, whilst third placed Phoenix were 9-0 winners over Werder Beermen in an unforgiving performance.

Shamgwop Rovers perfect season made it into 13 weeks in a row this week, they were 4-2 winners over Route One Rovers this week, as they look to get one more win to seal a perfect campaign, with Balt-J the only thing standing in their way.  Second placed Crouch Potato will also be playing Premier Division football next season, as they ran out 2-0 winners over Chateuneuf Du Pape.

Woodgreen FC have had a fantastic campaign in Division Two, this week saw their 11th win from 13 games as they were 4-1 winners against Who Ate All Depays.  Well done to Woo Town Wanderers who themselves sealed promotion with a game remaining, they were 5-0 winners against Class on Grass.
