Thursday 28th March - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Thursday 5 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled barring BJH Motors who gave 7 days notice but return on Thursday 4th April as scheduled.

Purge FC and WR2 GALACTICOS provided an enthralling encounter, with neither team willing to back down, the game ended in a 4-4 draw. Each team fought valiantly showcasing exceptional teamwork and strategic prowess. The fans were on the edge of their seats until the final whistle.

Elsewhere in the division, The Goal Diggers made a stunning statement against Nuns United with a spectacular 9-0 victory. The Goal Diggers demonstrated their title credentials with a dominant performance, leaving Nuns United to regroup and rethink their strategy for upcoming matches.

The match between Top Boys and Tiny Todgers also ended in a well-deserved 5-5 draw. Both teams displayed exceptional skills, tenacity, and a commitment to the sport that was a joy to witness.
