The brand-new season in the best community 6 a side football
league in Perth kicked off last night, and it was Muggins FC who put down an early marker.
They saw off Nieso FC, 5-1 to move top of the table ahead of Perth's Finest, who beat Fulton's Laddies 5-2.
Bells Boys were grateful to Daniel Nicholson, who was at his best in their 4-2 cruise over FTD FC.
Elsewhere, SDB and Kinrossie shared the points after a 1-1 draw.
It’s great to see these teams in the Leisure Leagues family,
and this is just the start. This league will going from strength to strength in
the coming weeks.
We would like to thank everyone at St Johnstone FC for their help and support in setting
this league up.
Teams will now be playing for a range of things, including a
spot in the Leisure Leagues Prize Draw - which is incorporated into the Leisure
Leagues Live TV Show, which is broadcast on social media on the first Tuesday
of every month.
We plan to expand the league in the coming weeks, so if you
